Application form for Change of Examination Center

1. A photocopy of posting/transfer order duly attested by the head of the institution who attested the admission form must be attached.
2. No change from one center to another in the same District shall be allowed under any circumstances.
3. An application for change of center shall be entertained up to 30 days before the commencement of examination.
